Delete your AI TourMate account

This page explains how to delete your account in the AI TourMate app (iOS and Android) and what happens to your data. AI TourMate is developed by AI Tourmate Kft. (Hungary).

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

1. Open the AI TourMate app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and open Advanced.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to support@aitourmate.eu from the email address you used to register, with the subject Delete my account. We will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account information: email address and profile.
• Data linked to your account, such as saved places, progress and settings.
• Any unused credits. Deleted accounts and credits cannot be restored.

What may be kept

• Usage metrics that are not linked to your account, in aggregated form (aggregated after 12 months).
• Anonymous positioning telemetry (Android only). It contains no coordinates and no user identifier, and is deleted after 180 days.
• Records we are legally required to keep, for example for accounting, for the period required by law. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, which keep their own records.
