Personal Data
We may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and demographic details when you register for an account or contact us for support.
Location Data
As a GPS-based audio tour guide, our core functionality relies on your location. We request access to your device's precise location (GPS) to trigger nearby audio stories and map routes. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings, though this will limit the functionality of the Service.
Usage and Device Data
Our servers automatically collect information when you access the Service, including your device's IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Service.
Anonymous satellite positioning quality telemetry
To measure and improve service quality, on Android devices the app collects anonymous technical telemetry about satellite positioning quality. The data collected includes: the number of satellites per constellation participating in the position fix (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou), signal strength values, positioning accuracy, the distance at which a sight was detected, the travel mode, and the device model and app version.
This data contains no geographic coordinates, no user identifier and no information linkable to your account; timestamps are rounded to 15-minute precision. These records therefore do not constitute personal data. The sole purpose of this telemetry is statistical: measuring the contribution of the EU Galileo satellite system to the app's positioning accuracy. The data is automatically deleted after 180 days.
No such telemetry is collected on iOS devices (the operating system does not provide access to satellite data).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect or receive to provide, operate, and maintain our Service, as well as to improve your experience.
