By accessing or using the mobile application, website, and related services provided by AI Tourmate Ltd. (collectively, the "Service") located at https://aitourmate.eu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

AI Tourmate is a GPS-based audio tour guide. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use. While walking and using the app, you agree to remain aware of your surroundings, obey traffic signals, and assume all risks associated with pedestrian travel. AI Tourmate Ltd. is not responsible for personal injury or property damage resulting from distraction.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or as one-time in-app purchases. Payments will be processed through your respective app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) at confirmation of purchase.

• Android Users: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the Google Play Store.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized. You may not attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the audio files, maps, or content provided within the application.
